Recipe Directions
Slice your bananas and freeze overnight. Before making this, let them thaw for about 15-20 minutes. Blend all the ingredients and enjoy!

I made this recipe this morning except I added some kale and Nature's First Food. It was so tasty, even my SAD husband liked it.

OK I am back and this is wonderful. I can see a variation for the summer. I am going to add some frozen strawberries or any berries frozen or not.
