I made this up just now and thought it was pretty good. Just mix all ingredients together and toss well. The avocado will break up some and help make a ‘dressing’. Brazil nuts are good on anything…. :)

Ingredients

1 Handful finly chopped broccoli, Chop and put in bowl
1 handful sunflower seeds
1 handful raisins
1 Avocado, Chop into peices
1 handful brazil nuts, slived or chopped slightly
1 dash vinegar

Recipe Directions

Mix all ingredients together and toss throughly.
