Ingredients

2 cups thicker-than-usual nut milk
2 tablespoons tahini
2 to 4 tablespoons agave/honey/sweetener of choice
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 tablespoon vanilla powder/extract
1 tablespoon cacao powder (optional)
1/2 to 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional; you may need more if you use honey)
1 tablespoon sweetener of choice (optional)

Recipe Directions

1. Throw all non-optional ingredients in the blender.

2. Put in ice cream maker according to instructions. You could probably also just freeze it and then whip it up in the food processor later. I guess you could also stir it periodically while freezing it, but that sounds like a lot of work.

Other types of nut butters should work, but it's tahini in particular that tastes more like cookie dough or cake batter.
