Yield
6-8 people
Ingredients
CRUST
2 cups coconut (shredded)
1 1/2 cups dates
FILLING
1 cup carob powder
2 avocados
½ cup agave nectar
Pinch of salt
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ cup coconut
Recipe Directions
CRUST
1. Put all the ingredients into a food processor until mixture holds together.
2. Push crust mixture into a pie pan and put aside. I recommend you oil the pan first because I had some trouble with the crust sticking.
FILLING
3. Place all ingredients into a food processor. Process until smooth and creamy.
4. Put filling in crust.
5. Refrigerate for 3 hours.

It says '2 avocados' then '1 cup carob', then '2 avocados again'. Are there 4 avocadoes, or is it just a typo? It also lists '1 and 1/2 cups dates' twice.

Looks great! orgafoodaddict...coconut is still considered a nut to those with allergies.do you just not eat them because of the high fat content?
