Recipe Directions

CRUST

1. Put all the ingredients into a food processor until mixture holds together.

2. Push crust mixture into a pie pan and put aside. I recommend you oil the pan first because I had some trouble with the crust sticking.

FILLING

3. Place all ingredients into a food processor. Process until smooth and creamy.

4. Put filling in crust.

5. Refrigerate for 3 hours.

Fabulous pie--creamy and rich.

Tastes way better than it looks!

I like to top with coconut. Makes it look pretty.

Last, but not least, enjoy!

It says '2 avocados' then '1 cup carob', then '2 avocados again'. Are there 4 avocadoes, or is it just a typo? It also lists '1 and 1/2 cups dates' twice.

Yeah! I am happy to see a recipe without nuts or seeds.

Looks great! orgafoodaddict...coconut is still considered a nut to those with allergies.do you just not eat them because of the high fat content?

Many people simply don't digest them well, like me. This looks great!
