Place all the ingredients together in a mini food processor or chopper and blend until a reasonably smooth pate forms. I didn't soak my walnuts but I am sure it wouldbe even creamier if I had done. I expect it would be nice with some fresh herbs too, but I didn't have any. I served it with a basic salad but I reckon it would make good roll up filling.
