½ lemon juice
3 dash herbamare or sea salt

Herbamare can be gotten normally at Whole foods market. You might also try Wegman's if you have them, but whole foods market usually carries it.

I was considering ordering Herbamare online because I cannot find it in stores here. Does it make much diff in flavor to recipes/

lauraj, yes, it does add LOTS of flavor to recipes. We use it instead of salt and pepper (it does have sea salt in it, but also so many other tasty, organic, dehydrated herbs)...it gives ZING when it needs it :) We like the Trocomare even more, it really tastes about the same, but has horseradish in it, it is just a teeny weeny bit more flavorful.
