I’ve been a raw food alkalarian for about 5 years, primarily following Dr. Robert O. Young’s guidelines in “The pH Miracle”. I love to share recipes & meals with other raw foodists! Update: I recently started using Victoria Boutenko’s green smoothie recipes, and I highly recommend them! Victoria talks about the value of wild food and “weeds”, and her son Sergei leads food foraging trips in Oregon. rawfamily.com is their site.
