so, it all came about when i was going to make mashed potatoes..and realized i didn't have enough or a few of the ingrediants...but i went ahead and this. this the delicousnous i came up with. super duper yummy!!!

blend all that up...
then add.....
broccoli heads - as much as you want
nutrional yeast - as much as you want...like 1/4 cup
2 spays of braggs
eat it all up.

REALLY good! I actually used baby carrots and it worked really well! Very delicious and filling!
