This sounds very easy with no exotic ingredients that can be found in any country on any continent (even where I am living for the moment).

The sauce was a light red...I guess it would be pink to some. I thought it was really good though, and thought it was quite pretty, especially with the chunks of green in it from the basil. I really need to take some pics, but I only have a camera on my phone, which doesn't take the best pics. I will have one on soon I'm sure.

Without sundried tomatoes, doesn't the sauce turn pink? I tried making tomato sauce like this before without sundried tomatoes, and the color was a light pink. I mean, the taste was excellent, but I was visually turned off.

You're welcome! I made it in one of my raw foods classes, with the macadamia cheese sauce on top of the marinara, all on top of zucchini noodles.
