Yield
60 one-inch squares (not enough if you ask me) -
Equipment
None
Ingredients
16 ounces almond butter
1 cup cocoa or carob powder (sifted to remove lumps)
1 cup raw honey
1 teaspoon sea salt
Recipe Directions
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Transfer to a container to keep in the freezer. You can’t really make individual pieces till they are solid.
Jkruse's Thoughts

You have to store it in the freezer or it will stay the consistency of batter, which isn’t so bad.
I use Bee Raw’s Maine Wild Raspberry Honey for its sweet sweet flavor. Feel free to use any you would like.
I like this to be really sweet.
If you want more of a fudge taste, try maple syrup.
I don’t usually bother cutting mine up and just eat it with a spoon, but use a brownie pan if you want to cut them.
I’d also recommend not putting in all of it at once, but a little bit of each to find the ratios that you like best. Hope you enjoy!
