1-2 Ginger Lovers

Ingredients
1-2 cups of your favorite milk (Coconut water works great too!)
1-2 fresh ripe peaches or a large handful of frozen peaches
1 ripe banana
Fresh ginger, to taste, chopped
Recipe Directions
Blend all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!

I make a similar smoothie with cinnamon instead of ginger. It DOES taste like peach cobbler. I'm drinking one right now. This sounds great.

I forget the name, maybe Muddy something.... It's right off Church St. and really close to the huge Co-op there... and it's the only place that has a juice bar there!
