Coconut dream's Thoughts

By coconut dream

I had this smoothie made for me in a cafe in Burlington, VT. I fell in love with it at first taste… now, it’s my new favorite smoothie! It’s a great pick-me-up!

Which cafe in Burlington? My daughter lives there and I am forever trying to find a place for a treat each time I visit her? Thanks!

I forget the name, maybe Muddy something.... It's right off Church St. and really close to the huge Co-op there... and it's the only place that has a juice bar there!

I make a similar smoothie with cinnamon instead of ginger. It DOES taste like peach cobbler. I'm drinking one right now. This sounds great.
