Yield2 servings or more, depending on how thin you make it
Cilantro (a lot)
½ cup raw keifer (if not using fruit)
1 teaspoon vanilla (if using keifer)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Sprinkle of nutmeg
1 teaspoon E3Live
1. In a food processor, process the greens first, and then add the keifer, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg (have it this way for dessert).
2. If you decide not to use keifer, put in the E3Live, fruit, avocado, and spices with some water. Process.

Delicious green drink!
I even have my aunt who is completely cooked is converting to this drink.
Even if its just for breakfast, that is an improvement.
I use a food processor for everything, so it is a bit chewy, as is expected.
