3 Lemons (with some pith and rind, optional), Juiced
1-2 pears, chopped
1 teaspoon flax or coconut oil
1 tablespoon flax seed
2-3 packets stevia
1 dash celtic salt
Everything based on your preference. I have yet to add the flax seed and right now I peel one lemon and put it in the vitamix. Using just the juice is probably easier since it gets the blades moving easily. I use the stevia and have also used agave.

This is a wonderful tasting smoothie. I wouldn’t have put this combonation together and it ends up being perfect!
