Ingredients
1 cup cashews
.66 cup sundried tomatoes in olive oil
1 clove garlic
.66 cup cilantro
1 tablespoon miso paste
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1 sprinkle lemon juice
1 pinch sea salt
1 pinch black pepper
Recipe Directions
Grind cashews first and then add remaining ingredients in food processor.

Meatless Pate
Delicious. Easy and tastes like a cheesy meat pate. Next time I might soak cashews first for a creamier texture but I did enjoy the texture as is. Put on a collard green with tomatoes, spinach and bean sprouts. Delicious. I also put on a raw carrot cracker. Very good.
