Yield
Served 1
Ingredients
½ red pepper, de-seeded roughly chopped
10 macadamias
1 Garlic Clove
½ Satsuma or Clementine, peeled
10 Black Olives, more or less depending on taste
4 Sundried Tomatoes, Soaked
1 cup Water, I used the tomato soak water
Recipe Directions
Blend and enjoy! Add more water if you want it thinner, less if thicker, I found the amount to be spot on for me though. I used a 1/2 a sweet pointed red pepper but a small regular would be around the same size
Clr-1976's Thoughts
By clr-1976I made this tonight as an adaptation of Shazzies ‘Cream of pepper soup’. It was yummy and really easy, just throw it all in the blender! I thought some extra herbs could be good as an addition, I thought basil would be nice but that was an afterthought, as was a picture (Too late as I’d scoffed it all

This looks absolutely delicious - a wonderful blend of sweet, spicy, salty, and creamy. Brilliant! I can't wait to try it.

Small orange like citrus friut, hang on, I'll google for you..

Having just skim read them it says they're sweeter than tangerines. A juiced orange will do the job too though but I put the whole segments in to get the pith and skin and stuff as I think that's where the fibre is.. Let me know what you think..
