I decided to experiment making a green drink with the wonderful Watercress and thought it came out delightful.

makes approximately one 16oz glass

Ingredients
1 valencia orange, peel
½ bunch of fresh watercress, rinse and trim of stems
1 teaspoon bee pollen
1 teaspoon green superfood powder, optional
6 fresh mint leaves
1 cup fresh filtered water
2 tablespoon raw honey
Recipe Directions
Add all ingredients to a Vitamix Blender and blend till smooth. Adjust amount of honey/water to reach desired sweetness.
Enjoy!

Sounds yummy! Lately I've taken to adding a lot of mint to my green smoothies. I can see it tasting quite nice with watercress and orange. Thanks!
