1 Bell Pepper, Halved
¼ Yellow Onion, Minced
¼ Pear, Minced
½ Celery Stalk, Minced
1 clove Garlic, Minced
1 Leaf Kale, Destemmed, Torn
1 cup Mixed greens, Torn
¼ cup Pecans, Ground
¼ cup Walnuts, Ground
Recipe Directions
Halve the bell pepper and remove seeds and stem. Mix the remainding ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Scoop the mixture into the peppers and eat!
