Kyannie, you would use hulled seeds. I did a search on GoneRaw for "soak" and "seed". Here's the link: http://www.therawtarian.com/search/node/type:forum soak "seed". There are 25 pages of topics. Just browse through the headings to find those that deal with using nuts and seeds in uncooking.
This site has a chart with soak times, and includes what the sprouted yield should be. For more indepth information on sprouting and detailed information on different seeds and nuts check here.

Stuffed Red Peppers
These are great. I generally omit the cayenne and use a fresh serrano pepper instead.

How long do you soak the seeds? Do you use the seeds unhulled?
