Hi eternity!
Wow-good to know about the vitamin e and calcium combo! I live with a Chinese couple and they always have sesame oil around, so the flavor was very familiar to me when making this recipe for the first time. Try it out!

I made this for lunch and it was great. I changed a few things due to not having the correct ingredients - I used Macadamia Oil, Spring Onions (cut into little strips) - and I crushed my almonds a bit - plus added some other nuts and seeds (cashews, pumpkin seed, sunflower seed). I seasoned with ground all purpose seasoning. The end result was delicious but I mustn't have made enough coz I'm still hungry!! I'm new to the raw thing so still trying to figure out correct quantities. Thanks for a easy and yummy salad.

Made this for lunch today and it's very good. I agree with PopChaser on adding a bit of salt/pepper, but otherwise, simple to make, tasty, and healthy.

Just made this for lunch...and it's a fantastic recipe!! Very simple, yet delicious and nutritious! However, I did add a touch of salt+pepper, just to bring out the sesame flavor a bit more. Overall, though, great job! d(^_^)
