-
Rating
3/5 (from 2 ratings)3 -
Yield
Makes 1 liter = 33.8 US Fluid Ounces
Found in:
Ingredients
3 apples
150 gr spinach - that's 5,3 ounces
a bit of lemon peel
a bit of ginger
1 cup water
Recipe Directions
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
The apple makes the smoothie a bit ‘grainy’ – can you say that in English? :-) But I enjoyed the smoothie nevertheless, as apple skin are rich in pectin and ginger and lemon peel gave it a lovely zing.

I made this, but ended up changing it quite a bit. Hah, it still turned out good though!
I used half a bunch of parsley, 4 small dino kale leaves, 3 delicious little golden apples, a large chunk of ginger, and half a lime. So it's really not the same but I did look at this recipe before I made it, so I thought i'd just leave the recipe as a comment. :]
