Ingredients

1 bunch Kale

1 container of fresh strawberries

1 large handful of sunflower sprouts

2 T raw honey

1/4 c olive oil

Hemp seeds

Recipe Directions

Chop or process kale

massage in olive oil and honey

Slice strawberries and mix them in along with sprouts.

Sprinkle with hemp seeds

maybe add a pinch a salt

Opt - you can add some raisin also

This sounds like a good alternative to usual kale salad I do, too bad it's not strawberry season! I"ll have to keep this on mind for warmer months.
