2. Garnish with a berry and a mint leaf.

An easy one when you have too many strawberries!

This is adapted from many raw strawberry cream pie recipes.

You may sub any sweetener of choice.

If the berries are really sweet, I completely leave out the dates and it’s great.

yum!! i made this the other day and added water b/c it wouldn't blend...i should get a vitamix...but anyways, i froze it and it was ice-cream texture :)
