Yield
Makes 4 cups
Ingredients
2 mangos
2 limes, juiced
1 cup cilantro, chopped
1½ tablespoon ginger, chopped
1½ cup water
4 large leaves of kale, chopped
Recipe Directions
Blend all ingredients in this order:
- water, lime juice and mangoes
- cilantro and kale
- add in ginger and your preferred sweetener to taste
This is pretty thick, lots of room in the recipe to blend in some ice if you like without watering down the taste.
Nthmost's Thoughts
By nthmostMango, cilantro, and lime collide, with ginger to spice up the ride.
You really have to love cilantro for this one, otherwise it’s just going to be weird. I happen to LOVE cilantro, especially with sweet things.
I recommend using one frozen mango and one fresh one, if you can swing it.

Oh, it just looks like a green smoothie, really. It's bright green, the color of cilantro. I'll take a picture next time I make it.
