Below is a list of all of the dehydrator recipes available to you as a Rawtarian member. They are organized into four categories.

In order to complete this course, please make at least one recipe from each category. The choice is yours, but if you're unsure where to start try these four recipes to begin with:

30 Days Raw: What To Expect

Hereʼs what to expect during your first 30 days as a raw vegan:

Learn a new way of cooking (uncooking!)

While you're just learning, Itʼs going to take an abnormally long time to make meals, and sometimes youʼre going to think that the food doesnʼt taste quite right. Youʼre going to think, “Oh my, this is taking a long time to make this pudding.” But rest assured, this is normal and itʼs not going to last for long

Remember, you are learning and retraining yourself re: how to prepare food!

How to Make Crackers

Learning how to make crackers is quite simple, but it’s a necessary skill that you’re going to have to learn.

Generally, in order to make the batter you throw some nuts and vegetables into a food processor.

Usually, ground flax seed is included as an ingredient, as well. Ground flax seeds are included because they act as a natural binding agent to hold the cracker together.
