<p>I live in London and am learning to make good raw choices. I first discovered raw food by attending a detox retreat at Sura Detox in Devon, UK during July 2007. Since then I’ve had periods of 100% raw and also periods being well off the raw wagon! On 15 February 2008 I started a 30 Day Raw challenge and am loving it. Will I eat cooked food again? Probably, but I’m definitely committed to keeping raw food at 80% or higher in my diet – and as close to 100% as possible.</p>
