My boyfriend about two years ago got super sick to the point where he could keep any food down, it was coming out of both ends. He started getting into juicing and then healthy eating. We started doing date nights when he got better where we would just cook raw meals. This Christmas he got me a juicing/blending cookbook and another healthy detox book. Since January I have been eating vegetarian/vegan about six days per week. My boyfriend and I are very interested in eating raw and are looking for easy quick meals. We plan on having a one month challenge in March.
