HI I need to get some popsicle trays! I did the ice cube thing when I made some juice with beets and it was really strong and hard to drink more than a shot of. That is a neat idea about the heart shaped trays. Have you thought of making any horse nuggets with left over carrot or apple pulp? These would be great to sell to clients! I gave my dogs the kale staulks I had left and they loved them- totally chewing on them. That would be another thing to add in. I'm going on vacation and am going to work on healthy dog biscuits that will also look really cute in the big glass cookie jars I have. The dogs love any mistakes I make on the dehydrator!!

left over carrot pulp? girlfriend, i make mock tuna by the gallon! teehee but i did offer my ponys the carrot icecubes you should have seen the faces! and the different techniques on eating them- licking nibbling, whoofing, slurping-and there was much begging for more! my dogs love everything ive concocted raw and always enjoy a fresh carrot "bone" I have mini spaniels so this lasts them a while with their mini teeth! hubbys huskies though... i lost a whole zuccini in under a second! ill try the kale stems on them. ;) if you come up with a doggie bone please share!
