Yield1 large or 2 small servings
1 cup water
½ cup chocolate almond milk (Use your favorite recipe. I use the non-raw Diamond brand.)
1. Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend for about 2 minutes.
2. Pour into a glass or bowl and set on the counter for 2 hours.

This was a complete accident.
I was making the “Nana milk” listed on the site with a few changes, and by the time I got to work and took out the “milk,” it had turned into mousse!
Must be the pectin in the bananas!
