Recipe Directions

1. Grind quinoa to a powder in a coffee grinder. Make sure it's really fine.

2. Add powder and 1/2 cup of coconut water. Blend well and then add the remaining cup of coconut water and blend again.

3. Add the remaining ingredients. Blend and serve chilled.
