Yummy ice cream-like bar. My kids loved it, and so did I! Great for breakfast, snack, or dessert.

Recipe Directions
1. Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. You may need to add a little nut milk or water to get this going and/or make it pourable.
2. When well blended, pour into forms. Makes just the right amount to fill 4 ice-cream bar forms.

I had this with coconut water + meat instead of banana and agave instead of honey this morning as a shake and it was AMAZING!

never heard of ice cream forms. the internet wasn't very helpful. can i get them at a local store or do i have to order online.
