Another way to use up nut pulp! Bonus: You could also make a frosting out of avocado, cacao, and some kind of sweetener. Mine weren’t ripe yet. C’est dommage! But they were plenty sweet without.

Recipe Directions
1. Blend dates to make date paste.
2. Add pulp, nuts, cacao, salt, and coconut. Pulse until it forms a ball.
3. Add vanilla.
4. Mold into little cupcakes.
