1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
Coconut water from 1 coconut
Coconut cream from the meat of 1 coconut
5 1/2 ounces raw vegan vanilla ice cream of your choice
1 cup pineapple chunks (frozen)
Grated fresh coconut (to decorate)
2 scooped-out coconut shells (to serve)

Recipe Directions

1. Blend and serve in coconut shells.
