1. Blend all ingredients together in either a food processor or blender.

I don't add salt but there's no reason why you couldn't. I don't because my ankles turn into kankles. Lot's of edema, even with small amounts of salt for me.

I make a version of this, same thing basically just added cucumber (gives a little bit of a fresh taste). Freshly-squeezed juice from half a lemon is also wonderful!
