Ingredients

6 Golden Kiwis
6 ounce pineapple
Baby spinach
2½ cup filtered water
2 tablespoon golden flax seeds
¼ cup Goji berries
8 ice cubes-from filtered water please

Recipe Directions

Peel kiwis and pineapple(duh). For spinach, I stuff two large handfuls in there till the blender is packed.(Blend-tech) I will run it once with all ingredients, then run it again with the ice as I like my smoothies on the cold side. Enjoy poolside on a sunny Saturday morning!!

I found some super delicious organic “golden” kiwis the other day and they are sooo good.. Totally different from green, they were awesome in this smoothie I came up with..If you can find em—grab em’! I teamed them up with some of my favorite gold and green items to make this delicious smoothie.
