Yambean's Thoughts
By YambeanMy daughter would not stop eating this. I had to take it away to save some for later. It would be nice with a bit of Tahini(seseme seed paste) too.

Hi,
Do you keep the soaking chickpeas in the refrigerator? Do you change the soaking water over the 24hr period?

I dont know bout keeping time. Prob only 1 or 2 days. I love hummus so i usually eat it quickly. Make 1/2 mix if you dont think you will eat it all in couple of days.

I added this to my recipe box! Looks nice and light. I may only use one clove of garlic for the hubby's sake. Lovely to see some nice light healthy recipes like this every once in a while.
