Ingredients
2 cup raw sunflower seeds, , soaked 2hrs, rinsed
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoon raw sesame tahini
2 lemons,juiced
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh thyme
1 teaspoon rosemary
3 tablespoon fresh parsley
fresh black pepper, to taste
Recipe Directions
In food processor, add sunflower seeds, garlic, and herbs. Pulse to chop ingredients. Add tahini, lemon juice. Add olive oil. Use filtered water to thin out hummus more if necessary. Season with salt and pepper Serve with sliced veggies, spread on crackers, or simply eat with a spoon!!

This fresh herbal hummus is a great addition for those who would like more protein addedto their diet. Also a great transition food for those new to raw foods. Feel free to add different herbs to your liking. Sage, oregano, and chives would be a great addition. Make it your recipe. Enjoy!!

I tried the other day, it was really good. The only thing is that 2 lemons tasted a bit strong for me. I'll try water instead of a lemon. Thanks for the recipe!!!
