Kristen's Thoughts

This is an adaptation of Harmonylia’s Jicama Taco recipe for those of us that find jicama difficult to work with. This recipe is light, tasty, sweet, a little spicy and tangy. Perfect as a salsa or a big salad and great on hot Summer days. What’s great about this recipe is that it’s easy and changing up the fruit makes it versatile.

Would that be Coriander seeds or powder?

harmonylia, yes it's powder. I loved the idea of the jicama tacos, but just couldn't get the slices! LOL. So I piled it into a salad and it was soooo good.

MMMmmm, now I have a way to get my jic tac on the go! Thanks, so nice of you to speed it up, never thought of it! Mulberryrose, I bet it's the powdered coriander. That's more apt to give better flavor.
