Bronwyn's Thoughts
By bronwynI have been looking for nut free options for all kinds of dishes lately.
Nut milks are a staple in my diet, so I created this seed/grain based milk as an alternative.
This is a really easy, super filling, and very satisfying recipe. A good breakfast or dessert when you’re craving something sweet.
If you don’t eat seeds, I assume this would be fine without the hemp. Also, if you don’t want to indulge in your cacao craving, enjoy without it.

Thanks everyone. springleaf: Yes, the oats can definitely be soaked to reduce blending time, but i prefer to not soak them. smiller, what is your oat milk recipe? that sounds like something i would love to try too.

This looks wonderful! I'm wanting to try an oat mylk, but I think I'm going to try it with oat sprouts. Do whole-oats (not groats) in the bulk section sprout?
