Yield
1 to 2 servings -
Equipment
None
Ingredients
½ cup walnuts , soaked or not
½ cup pumpkin seeds, soaked or not
¼ cup dried cherries
1 date pitless
½ teaspoon orange zest
1 teaspoon vinalla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon celtic sea salt
Recipe Directions
Before I make this, I prepare my nut milk and it’s in the bowl waiting for the finished recipe.
Grind together nuts & seeds. Add pitless date and blend. Add remaining ingredients EXCEPT for dried mango slices. Blend well until chunky.
Chop dried mango in little pieces.
Put blended cereal into seperate dry bowl, and mix in mango. Now squish with your hands the cereal into bite size pieces. Place all or how much you like into the nut milk and ENJOY. Yummmmmm. (I felt like jogging a mile after eating this).
You can substitute dried cherries for any dried fruit, the same for the dried mango. As for the date you can use agave nector or raw honey.
you don’t have to use a blender, you can use a processor instead.
Deegarry's Thoughts
By deegarryThis is something I made myself. I was dying for milk with cereal, dashed to the store, came back and prepared this for myself.

I don't know why 1 tsp of vinalla extract came out triple! YOU ONLY NEED ONE TSP OF VINALLA EXTRACT.
