This is usually what I drink in the morning, give or take whatever I have on hand. It really fills you up and you can last all the way until lunch time. Basically, it’s just a base that you can add or take away any ingredients that you feel like. I play with this one a lot, but you can’t go wrong with it...

Mmmmm... This is pretty much what I have for the first meal of the day, too! Love the pineapple. Try this with more banana, less pineapple, and parsleyparsleyparsley.
