Serves 4-8 (I sometimes drench my salad with this dressing)

½ cup agave nectar
.33 cup apple cider vinegar
¼ cup favorite nut butter (I use cashew)
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
Recipe Directions
Everything in the blender.
Blend till nice and smooth.
