Ingredients
1 bunch radishes (10 radishes)
1/3 cucumber
1/2 cup pickles or 1tsp ACV and your choice of veggies, sliced
1 tsp agave syrup or honey
1/4 tsp fenugreek powder
1/4 tsp cumin
2 tsp psyllium or ground flax
salt to taste
Recipe Directions
Process all the ingredients to the desired consistency. Either have it quite chunky or very fine. Enjoy!

This is good stuff! I didn't have the fenugreek, so I added some chili powder instead. Totally different flavors but I like things spicy. It's great on its own, rolled in swiss chard or as a dip. Yum.
