Recipe Directions

1. Slice mushrooms.
2. Place sliced mushrooms into a wide, shallow bowl (or a plate with a deep lip).
3. Pour the soy sauce over the mushrooms.
4. Gently stir mushrooms until lightly but thoroughly coated in soy sauce.
5. Let mushrooms sit for approximately 5 minutes. (Stir occassionally if possible.)

6. Slice green onion

7.. Drain & rinse soaked groats. 

8. Put groats in a bowl.

9. Top groats with mushrooms & marinade.

10. Top mushrooms with green onion.

11. Garnish with sesame seeds.

I had buckwheat groats and sesame seeds that didn't sprout so rather then let them go to waste I thought why not make raw Kasha?!
