Yield
Serves 1
Ingredients
1 Japanese tomato (sliced)
1 telegraph cucumber (sliced lengthwise)
Handful of mesclun or spinach
1 portabello (diced and marinated in olive oil and salt/Braggs)
2 olives marinated in olive oil (pitted and processed roughly)
Avocado oil (to drizzle lavishly)
Micro sprouts (to make pretty)
Dash of cayenne
Recipe Directions
1. Stack anyway you like really. Make a pattern: mesclun, thin cucumber, olives, tomato, repeat. Always dry ingredients at the bottom and fill the olives in the middle and you get this kick of Greekish taste.
2. Drizzle everything with avocado oil as finale. Season to your preference.
Ilikenuts's Thoughts
By ilikenuts This is a refreshing Mediterranean take on the old nut pates.
Japanese tomatoes are simply the juiciest on earth, although I haven't tried heirloom yet.
I love taking pictures of produce!

Welcome ilikenuts! Nice to have someone from Singapore on this site. Nice looking recipe, funny how many of these 'raw' recipes look a lot like a salad. You need to start a new trend in SG - open a shop on Orchard - la!
