Recipe Directions

1. Toss apple slices with remaining ingredients until evenly coated.

2. In a food processor, blend pecans, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg until crumbly. Add dates and blend until dough holds together.

3. Press base into a springform pan. Top with coated apple slices.

4. Let chill in fridge. Serve with vegan vanilla ice cream.
