This was originally supposed to be Alissa Cohen’s lemon pudding, but I found that to be too tart. This adaptation is much a more delicious pudding or fruit dip. No puckering required. This is great on apple sections!

Ingredients
1 avocado
3 dates (pitted, soaked)
1 kiwi (skinned)
5 strawberries
Recipe Directions
1. Blend avocado and dates in a food processor.
2. Add kiwi and strawberries and process until smooth.
