Serves 1
Ingredients
6 strawberries
½ banana or banana flavoring
2 dates
1 tablespoon chia seeds (if you have them)
1 tablespoon agave syrup (or to taste)
½ cup water (will thicken after processing if you use chia seeds)
Recipe Directions
1. Blend everything in a Magic Bullet, blender, Vitamix, or processor.

I threw this together and it was perfect. Play with the measurements to suit you.
You might have to adjust the water, depending on if you use the seeds or not. More seeds= more water if you haven’t soaked them already.
Option: If you don’t like the little pieces of chia seeds (I like them), you can keep them whole. In this way, they are more like seeds and the pudding is less fibrous.
