My mom loves this dressing! I thought of it for her, but I like it, too, and I usually don’t like raw dressings. My mom thinks this dressing might even be good just with a bowl of mixed sprouts.

Yield
Makes about 2 cups, but it depends on the size and number of tomatoes you use.

Ingredients
2 or 3 tomatoes (coarsely chopped)
2 tablespoons sunflower oil (adjust to your preference)
¾ teaspoon sea salt (optional)
Recipe Directions
1. Put tomatoes and sunflower oil in the blender. Blend until creamy.
2. Add salt to taste, if you want.
3. Enjoy on a salad or on my celery lettuce wraps.

mmm thanks for the idea. I put some on my kelp noodles with lentil sprouts as a sauce, and loved it so much I ate the rest as a soup. this really satisfies for a tomato soup craving.
i used flax oil and it worked fine.

I had some as soup with sprouted sweet brown rice, chopped some in the blender. Super good!

It is great! I did it with olive oil, and put on my salad and sunflower falafels. I think I will take this as a soup with some pepper and basil. Tahnks Superman!!! easy and very helpfull for a new raw foodist as me!

Yeah, to think of all the time I spent trying to figure out a good French dressing, & my son does it perfectly the first time. It may not be exact, but it is so good & SIMPLE! I ate a bowl of it with a handful of lentil sprouts & cayenne for a simple, yummy soup for dinner. Thanks for the recipe!
