1. Put tomatoes and sunflower oil in the blender. Blend until creamy.

2. Add salt to taste, if you want.

3. Enjoy on a salad or on my celery lettuce wraps.

My mom loves this dressing! I thought of it for her, but I like it, too, and I usually don’t like raw dressings.

My mom thinks this dressing might even be good just with a bowl of mixed sprouts.

It is great! I did it with olive oil, and put on my salad and sunflower falafels. I think I will take this as a soup with some pepper and basil. Tahnks Superman!!! easy and very helpfull for a new raw foodist as me!
