Ingredients
1/2 pkg Kelp noodles, rinsed and drained
handful of shredded kale
grated carrots
1/2 rib chopped celery
1 sliced Green onion
handful of fresh corn
1 t Artisana Coconut butter
1T miso (I used white)
Squeeze of lime
Grated fresh ginger to taste
pinch of cayenne or asian hot sauce of choice
1 T. chopped Cilantro
Hot water
Recipe Directions
Put all ingredients, except water, into a plastic bowl with a lid if you're taking it along. When you are ready to eat it, add hot tap water, stir and eat!

By daniefonI eat miso and kelp noodles almost everyday. Yesterday I decided to mix it up a little and this is the result. It reminds me of tom kha. You can vary the vegetables and noodles to your taste, I just used what I had on hand.

Take Along Tom Kha Soup
This is a great soup!! I love the kelp noodles in it! I didn't have coconut butter or any ginger but it was still very flavorful! I can't wait to add ginger to this. Very creative! Thank you for sharing! :)
