DRESSING
juice of one lime
1 small piece of ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup almond butter
4 sprigs fresh mint, leaves only
2 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
¼ teaspoon sea salt
SLAW
4 cup shredded Napa cabbage
2 cup shredded red cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
Recipe Directions
Combine cabbages and carrot in a bowl and toss with dressing. Marinate 15 minutes before serving.

I just made this and can't keep my fork out of it! Wow! I did omit the almond butter, used agave instead of honey, added a little namu shoya, a fine diced apple and a handful of raisins. This is a winner!!! I will deffinately be making this agian.

I made this last night...EXCELLENT!! I also added some ground dried papaya seeds which added a lovely little bite. Thank you thedailyraw!

Absolutely delicious! The blend of flavors just dances on my tongue. Thank you for posting - this is definitely a new fave! It tastes great on lots of vegies, not just slaw.

Thank you so much for the dressing in this recipe. It's truly fantastic! I used it on a cabbage salad that I made for my husband and I at lunch today.

Delicious! Made this twice already. Although, I did make a couple of adjustments. I ommitted the honey, added onions (red and spring), and added a little water to the dressing to thin. This salad keeps great too - even better the next day! Yum
